Bread sticks twisted with smoked applewood bacon, baked in our oven and served with a side of our homemade lager cheese sauce.

Deviled Eggs –

Hard boiled eggs filled with a decadent blend of Dijon, shallots, and other seasonings. Topped with crumbled smoked Applewood bacon, dusted with paprika, and served in a nest of sprouts.

Fire & Hop Wings –

Nachos –

Fruit & Goat Cheese Salad –

Granny Smith apples, Asian pears, strawberries, goat cheese crumbles, and walnuts served on a bed of romaine and iceberg lettuce. Topped with a blackberry vinaigrette.

Wedge Salad –

Crisp wedge of iceberg lettuce, topped with blue cheese crumbles, cherry tomatoes, and smoked Applewood bacon, drizzled with our blue cheese dressing.

BBQ Chicken Sandwich –

Coal fired chicken, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, smoked Applewood bacon, mayo, and BBQ sauce served on a Brioche roll with lettuce and tomato to finish it off.

Chicken and Sprouts Sandwich –

Coal fired chicken breast, sliced tomato, avocado, provolone cheese, and sprouts with a balsamic aioli and served on a ciabatta roll.

Chicken Cordon Blue Sandwich –

Coal fired chicken breast, sliced ham, swiss cheese, and a Dijon aioli. Served on a ciabatta roll, with lettuce and tomato on the side.

Fire Roasted Veggie Cake Sandwich –

Our own play on a vegetarian crab-cake. Chopped and blended broccoli, mushrooms, onions, sun dried tomatoes and peppers, topped with sprouts, tomato and drizzled with our homemade dill ranch. Served on a Brioche roll.

Hamilton Street Tacos –

Pick Three – Your choice of either corn or flour tortillas, stuffed with your choice of coal fired shrimp (cold) / El Gose fired chicken / pulled pork / shredded brisket / crumbled veggie cake. Topped with diced Spanish onions, avocado, and cilantro. Served with hot sauce and sour cream on the side.

Low Fired Jack Brisket Sandwich –

Melt in your mouth beef brisket, slow cooked to perfection in our oven to a peak of tenderness. Covered in provolone cheese and topped with caramelized onions and our Sweet Jack Sauce.

Low Fired Pulled Pork Sandwich –

BBQ pulled pork slowly cooked to perfection in our oven, topped with cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, and more of its BBQ goodness. Served on a Ciabatta roll.

The Mac Attack –

Our own special house made lager cheddar mac and cheese, piled high on a toasted open face ciabatta roll, and drowned in our lager cheese sauce. Served covered with your choice of bacon / brisket / chicken / pulled pork at an additional charge.
